The last measure relativo alla gestione del parcheggio aziendale
del sito di Molfetta va a sommarsi ai tanti episodi ormai incancreniti
che mostrano l’assoluto disinteresse di questa azienda nei confronti
di tutte quelle persone che ogni giorno contribuiscono con il proprio
lavoro alla crescita ed ai profitti aziendali.
Non bastavano:
• la perdurante azione dilatoria sul contratto di secondo livello;
• i ritardi ormai cronici nell’erogazione degli stipendi;
• il mancato riconoscimento del premio di risultato pur in presenza di utili;
• l’inadempienza di alcuni articoli del CCNL;
• le precarie condizioni igienico-sanitarie dei servizi igienici;
a questo si è aggiunto un provvedimento che invece di risolvere il
problema della messa in sicurezza delle auto dei dipendenti usa toni
intimidatori ed offensivi verso la popolazione aziendale fatta di
professionisti.

Invece di cercare una soluzione effettiva ad un problema facilmente
risolvibile, ad esempio ripristinando il servizio di guardiania, è
stato adottato un provvedimento che di fatto ha creato discriminazione
fra lavoratrici e lavoratori. Riservare l’ingresso di un parcheggio
alle sole donne sa tanto di galanteria ottocentesca piuttosto che
della organizzazione di una moderna azienda di servizi IT.

Se davvero l’Azienda vuole rivolgere l’attenzione ai problemi della
popolazione femminile può farlo in altri modi.
Invitiamo pertanto l’Azienda ad adottare soluzioni immediate e già
sperimentate con successo in passato per risolvere in maniera
definitiva il problema della sicurezza delle auto e dei dipendenti.
Riteniamo che sia dovere dell’Azienda far si che i dipendenti svolgano
serenamente la propria attività lavorativa.
