apprendiamo con sorpresa, senza nessuna consultazione preventiva della
RSU Svimservice, della chiusura collettiva definita per il 18 marzo
prossimo. Prendendone atto, Le ricordiamo che, così come da
consuetudine ormai consolidata, per i dipendenti Svimservice non è
possibile il solo utilizzo delle ore di PAR per le chiusure
collettive, in quanto per gli stessi esiste già la fruizione
collettiva di circa 56 ore di PAR utilizzate come riduzione
dell'orario di lavoro, ed inoltre la festività straordinaria del 17 va
ad intaccare il già esiguo monte ore PAR dei dipendenti Svimservice.
