Il giorno 21 maggio si è svolto in videoconferenza tra le sedi di Roma e di Molfetta un incontro tra il rinnovato Coordinamento Sindacale Nazionale del Gruppo Exprivia ed il Responsabile del personale per discutere, come stabilito nel corso dell’incontro del 27 aprile scorso, in merito alla piattaforma di contratto integrativo presentata dalle RSU del Gruppo Exprivia all’Azienda nella primavera del 2006, ed al riconoscimento delle 8 ore aggiuntive di permessi per i lavoratori informatici, peraltro prevista esplicitamente dall’ultimo CCNL del 2008.
Il Responsabile del personale, ribadendo che, dal suo punto di vista, l’Azienda non ha pregiudizi sulla Contrattazione di Secondo Livello, ha però posto alcune pesantissime conditions.

Pertanto, alcune RSU hanno proposto, in un estremo tentativo conciliatorio, di stralciare dalla piattaforma del 2006, oltre al trattamento trasferte – come richiesto dall’Azienda, poiché oggetto di trattative avanzate con
L’incontro si è quindi chiuso con la dichiarazione di assoluta insoddisfazione da parte di tutte le RSU e di tutte le OO.SS. presenti (FIOM-CGIL, FIM-CISL, UILM-UIL e FISMIC) che hanno preannuciato unitariamente la convocazione di Assemblee straordinarie nelle varie sedi nelle prossime settimane per decidere con i lavoratori le iniziative da prendere nei confronti dell’Azienda.
