HADOPI (acronym for Haute Autorité pour la diffusion des oeuvres et la protection des droits sur l'Internet ) is a French institution that deals with the application of the homonymous law introduced in 2009 and in force since 2010, dedicated to copyright legislation which has been the subject of controversy since it provides a "disconnection forced" to those who violate copyrights. starting today in France the battle for "Pirates of the Web" making it the first country to experience the dissuasive rules, approved earlier this year, including numerous protests and doubts of unconstitutionality.
